Museo del Grabado

Museo del Grabado
Museo del Grabado (Calle Hospital Bazán, Marbella) — this museum is considered to be one of the world’s best collections and the first of its kind in Spain – engravings and graphic works showcase the best of contemporary Spanish art. Most of all, there are works by Dali, Miro, Picasso and Tapies. These include etchings, lithographs, xylographies and other artistic forms of expression.
The museum is located in the old Bazán Hospital. The 16th century building has two floors and has a tower and typically Spanish roof tiles and whitewashed walls. The building is almost as beautiful as the art it holds. Admission: €3 (adult), €1.50 (students), free for seniors. Hours vary – see the museum’s website for an updated schedule: www.mgec.es
